CELOTTI WORKFORCE currently requires Concretors, Steel Fixers and Formsetters for a large civil project in Gladstone. Role & Responsibilities: The Concretors, steel fixers and formsetters will be responsible for the hands-on delivery of critical infrastructure projects, working as part of a collaborative site team. Each role will have varied tasks including but are not limited to: Installing formwork and reinforcing steel according to engineering specifications Pouring, placing, finishing and curing concrete to the required standard Interpreting and following construction drawings and plans Construct and set temporary moulds Following safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment Benefits High Competitive Rate Penalties Allowances Competitive salary based on experience. Opportunities for career advancement and professional development. 10hr days - Monday - Friday On-going work with project running up to 12 months Site offering travel allowances, site allowance and overtime Weekly pay If not local to Gladstone flights will be provided from Brisbane Immediate starts Our Ideal Candidate: Current Drivers Licence Blue/White Construction card Proven experience as a Concretor, Steel Fixer or Formsetter Familiarity with construction tools and heavy machinery. Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations. Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks.
